Pick'em88, Inc. ("Pick'em88", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with our business-to-business pick'em contest engine and the public Pick'em88 website.
Who this policy applies to
Pick'em88 is a B2B service sold to licensed sportsbook operators. We do not run a direct-to-consumer brand. End users of the pick'em widget interact with an operator's branded product, and the operator is the data controller for those end users. Pick'em88 acts as a data processor on the operator's behalf, in accordance with a signed data processing agreement.
Information we collect
From visitors to this website
- Contact details you provide voluntarily through forms or email (name, work email, company, role).
- Technical information about your visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer).
- Cookie data, as described in our Cookie Policy.
From operator integrations
- Pseudonymous operator-assigned user identifiers used to attribute contest entries and settle picks.
- Contest activity (entries submitted, results, winnings) tied to the pseudonymous identifier.
- Verification verdicts (KYC / geo) shared by the operator via signed webhook. We do not see end-user personal data — we receive only pass/fail signals.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to: provide and improve the Service; settle contests and reconcile payouts with operators; secure the Service against fraud and abuse; communicate with operator contacts; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with the operator on whose behalf we are processing it. We also share information with vetted sub-processors who provide cloud hosting, observability, customer support tooling, and analytics. A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We do not sell personal information.
International data transfers
Pick'em88 hosts data in regions selected to meet operator and regulatory requirements. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures consistent with applicable law.
Data retention
We retain contest activity data for as long as required by your operator's regulatory obligations and our agreement with the operator. Website inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless we have a legitimate business reason to keep it longer. You may request earlier deletion as set out below.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Security
Pick'em88 implements safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No security program is perfect; we will notify operators of incidents affecting their data in accordance with our agreements and applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the minimum age permitted by an operator's licensed jurisdiction. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to operator contacts in advance of taking effect.
