Pick'em88 powers pick'em contests for licensed sportsbook operators. We take seriously our role in supporting safe, sustainable play and we expect every partner operator to do the same. Pick'em is meant to be entertainment — not a way to make a living or recover losses.
How we support responsible play
- Age verification at the operator level. Pick'em88 only operates inside products that have verified the age and identity of their users in line with local licensing rules. Minors are never permitted to participate.
- Self-exclusion respected. When an operator signals that a user has self-excluded, opted out, or hit a cooling-off period, the pick'em widget honors that signal in real time. We do not surface contests, prompts, or marketing to excluded users.
- Limits available. Partner operators may configure deposit, entry, time, and loss limits that apply across their entire product, including pick'em. We make it easy for operators to expose those controls to end users.
- No dark patterns. We design the widget without misleading near-miss visuals, fake countdowns, or "chasing" prompts. Loss disclosures are clear and unmodified.
